ICON: Françoise Hardy

I thought it would be nice to start a series of posts dedicated to past fashion icons whose personal styles have extremely influenced my own. I’m always obsessed with someone new each week and I’m often influenced by style icons from past decades rather then from those in my own.

I’d like to start with someone from the 1960s. I’ve got a major weakness for the 60s and being a teenager and all the 60s was the start of youth culture no? That being said it leads me straight to my first original icon, Françoise Hardy. The french artist appears to allude an aura of chic, in that innately French way which I can only ever dream of achieving.   

Oh and also FREJA BEHA. Its almost scary how similar Freja resembles Françoise Hardy. Its madness I tell yah!
